HOW TO JOIN ?

 

HOW TO JOIN :

The most urgent thing you have to do is to send us your registration, to allow us to plan all this and properly organize the best possible event for chubbies & their admirers.

 

The registration rate depends on the date of payment. Early registration will allow us to organize it all better and that's why early prices are cheaper. We require a fee which covers the costs of organization, the rental of the venues and places where we organize the events, the artists, staff, technicians, PA, DJ, lights, the food, the costs of organization & promotion, security, insurance, communication, the drinks of the hospitality club, the badge, the info-booklet, Aqualibi, Busses, and the rental of the hospitality room, TV, VCR, furniture, etc. According to the options you buy, it also includes the rental of the various meeting or banquet rooms, the buffet, brunch & dinners, the access to all the venues (our main events are 100% private & reserved exclusively for EBMC participants), etc.

 

The "FAB" PACKAGE contains everything, plus more souvenir gifts and a bit of "VIP" treatment. The Fab package includes all the events and all the meals.

 

The "COOL" PACKAGE is the basic one. It contains all the events, also the Grand Opening Cocktail Party, the Farewell Brunch and the Saturday night banquet dinner. (no Sunday dinner, no souvenir gifts).

 

The "FUN" PACKAGE contains all the events, also the Farewell Brunch, but none of the two big meals. (no Opening Cocktail, no Saturday banquet, no Sunday dinner, no souvenir gifts).

 

The "E" PACKAGE is the cheapest “economy” option, it contains the hospitality club, the dance party on Saturday, Access to Aqualibi but without the bus (if there is space left, you’ll be allowed to board at a cost of 20€ return ticket) and none of the meals. (no Opening Cocktail, no Saturday banquet, no Sunday dinner, no Aqualibi bus ride, no Monday Brunch no souvenir gifts).

 

 

Note : there will be DAILY  PACKAGES sold AT THE DOOR (during the event) for those who are on a tighter budget but still wish to join us for some of the days (You might have to organize your own transportation to Aqualibi, in case the transportation busses are full – same conditions as E package).

 

 

Notes : Depending on the sales of the packages, since the capacity of some events is limited, it is possible that we will stop selling some of the packages halfway through. If you want your choice of events, register early ! At the hotel itself, we will sell daily packages, for the people who cannot come for the 5 days. Every daily package will include a participation to the global costs, so be aware that it is less expensive to buy a 5-days package (fab, cool or fun) than to pay for 3 or 4 days separately.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT DO I GET ?

 

 

The following is included in ALL the registration packages :

Ebmc Badge, Ebmc Information, Ebmc Souvenir bag, Gay Info Book including map of the city, general info and gay tips, Free drinks (soft drinks, tab beer, wine, alcohols/liquors, cocktails) & snacks for the 5 days at our Hospitality Club’s Bar, Free access to the Hospitality Club (lounge, videos, music, & lots of fun) and Vendor’s Market on Sunday, Free access to the "BIG BOYS DANCE NIGHT", Contest, Show and Dance party on Saturday, and to the "BIG CHUBBY SPLASH PARTY" at Aqualibi on Sunday (+ bus ride), Special discounted hotel room rate at the Brussels Hilton including Free Huge Breakfast Buffet the 5 days, Vendor's Market on Sunday.

(To lower registration price, since 2007, packages no longer include the free access to the sauna, and everyone will have to pay at the door :  Wednesday & Monday : 15€ / Friday all day private party including non-stop buffet dinner : price will depend on attendance - People without badges (not registered) will be allowed to enter the Friday sauna if there is room left, for the same entrance price + extra for participation to the costs of organization of Ebmc).

- Guided tour of the center of Brussels on the theme of the Gay History of Brussels - English-speaking, Saturday 10am

COOL PACKAGE :

- Grand Opening Cocktail on Thursday with delicious canapés.

- Guided tour of the center of Brussels on the theme of the Gay History of Brussels - English-speaking, Saturday 10am

- Banquet Dinner on Saturday night (3 courses, appetizer, main course served at the table (4 choices), desserts, plus waters, coffee or tea)

- Farewell brunch, with glamorous buffet, waters, juices, coffee, tea included... time for speeches, thanks, hugs : the emotional moment, not to miss.

- VIP line at registration, less waiting time.

Until October 26th 2008 :

 

“E” PACKAGE :         199 Euros

 

FUN PACKAGE :        260 Euros

 

COOL PACKAGE :    320 Euros

 

FAB PACKAGE :        370 Euros

 

 

 

This price is valid until September 15th. From September 15th, the price will go up.

 

Online Registration will be possible until October 26th. From October 27th, online registration will be closed, and people will be able to register “at the door” at our Registration Desk at the Hotel, from Thursday 30th at Noon.

 

 

Note : Rates are valid UNTIL the day indicated, that day not included, meaning the next price starts on that date at 0h01 CET. In the case of email or fax, the date & time of sending will be taken into account. In the case of post, the date of reception will prevail. So do not wait until the last minute. If you want to save by using the early cheaper rates, make sure to send your registration EARLY before the deadline, to make sure not to miss it by a few minutes or hours. 

 

 

Registration prices start at 199 Euros for the 6 days ! ! !  That's only 33 euros per day !

An amazing value when you consider all that is included, and the amount of sex, hmmm.. fun you'll have.
