The HOTEL
EBMC
is hosted again by the Brussels Hilton. This prestigious 5-stars international
hotel is located right in the center of Brussels, within the luxurious shopping
area of the Egmond Park, in the "Ville Haute" and close to the famous
Avenue Louise. The nearby "Porte de Namur" and "Louise"
subway stations both give you direct access to both the "Nord
(North)" and "Midi (South)" Railway Stations, and to the whole
city.
PRICE : The Brussels Hilton offers first-class standards of
accommodations and services. You get this quality of service at a very
reasonable rate : the special EBMC price is 120 Euros for single room, with
full buffet-style continental + american breakfast, and all taxes, included.
This is less than the THIRD of the regular Hilton rate, so it's an incredible
opportunity for you to stay in a 5 Star hotel at such a reasonable rate. Double
rooms are also available at the very reasonnable price of 150 Euros (also all included)
so if you share your room, this level of luxurious accommodation is yours for only
75 Euros each per night ! Should you wish larger space, you’ll also receive
special EBMC rates for executive rooms and suites. And as said above, the
prices include everything : all taxes and the full buffet breakfast served in a
private banquet room for us !!
ROOMS : All the rooms feature a luxurious ensemble of the
following : cable television, phone with voice mail, air conditioning, hair
dryer, bath-tub & shower, all the amenities, and beds are very comfortable!
The double rooms offer the choice of a double king size bed or two
"twin" single beds. The hotel has its own private and guarded
3-floors parking inside the hotel building, with direct access to the main boulevards,
and there is also extensive parking spaces on the street, which will be very
useful for those of you coming to Brussels by car.
RESTAURANTS : The Brussels Hilton also has two
excellent restaurants ("La Maison du Boeuf" on the 1st
floor, offers one of the best beef in the city and is quoted and starred in the
famous Michelin restaurant guide, and also carries an outstanding 16/20 rating
in GaultMillau. Also, "Le Café d'Egmond" on the lobby
floor, is a charming place offering world cuisine and an amazing
all-you-can-eat dessert buffet of fabulous pastries and pies) and is open
around the clock 24/7. The Hilton also has many luxurious lounges, two
comfortable bars, several venues with a superb panoramic view of
Brussels, a fitness center, etc... We will welcome you in our large Hospitality
Club on one of the highest floors, with a smoking room, a non-smoking video
lounge with selected fun videos, music, and a complimentary bar where will be
serving you the drinks of your choice
from
Thursday noon until Monday late in the night.
BOOK FAST ! : It's
absolutely imperative that you book your hotel room. A quota of 200
ROOMS have been set aside for the participants to EBMC until the deadline of
OCTOBER 5th. We have 200 rooms reserved for the week end dates (Fri, Sat &
Sun night) but the quota of rooms at this special rate for the other days (Wed,
Thu, & Mon) is more limited, so we advise those of you who wish to stay for
the whole 6 days to book as soon as possible. Once the quota of rooms is reached,
extra rooms might still be available according to the hotel's occupancy, at a
special rate of determined by the hotel according to availability. For those of
you who'd wish a more luxurious accommodation, the Hilton also offers special
"Business" rooms (with desk, fax, etc) and "Executive
Class" rooms on the higher floors, including access to the executive
lounge, and you can also get suites for a special rate too.
RESERVATIONS : You can book by using www.hilton.com and
use the promotion code GEBMC (to
enter in the CONVENTION field on the Hilton website). If you have any trouble

a step-by-step explanation of this process. The hotel accepts all major credit
cards. After the 5th of October, bookings will only be accepted by the hotel if
there are rooms available. Once the hotel is full, the Hilton will gladly
redirect your bookings to other Hilton properties in the city or partner hotels
nearby.
